RITServices was born from a simple frustration: too many great businesses were losing customers to slow, ugly, outdated websites — while agencies charged a fortune for templates that broke. We decided to fix that. Permanently.
The Story Behind RITServices
It started with a conversation in 2022 between three friends — Ankit, Tarun, and Vijay — who shared a common frustration. They kept seeing ambitious businesses with incredible products and services, but terrible digital presence. Slow WordPress sites that took 6 seconds to load. Generic templates that looked like every other company. Contact forms that routed leads into black holes.
The agencies these businesses hired were even worse — charging premium rates for cookie-cutter solutions, outsourcing development to the lowest bidder, and disappearing after launch. The gap between what businesses needed and what agencies delivered was enormous.
So they made a pact: build an agency that operates like a product company. Engineer real infrastructure — not assemble templates. Measure success by client revenue generated — not hours billed. And never, ever ship something they wouldn't be proud to put their own name on.
Ankit brought the strategic vision and product thinking. Tarun brought the operational precision and marketing expertise. Vijay brought the relationship intelligence and brand instinct. Together, they named it RITServices — and started building.
Today, RITServices has launched 142+ projects, generated over $120M in pipeline for clients, and automated 2,500+ business systems. But the mission hasn't changed: build infrastructure so good that our clients' customers can't imagine going anywhere else.
