Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all payments made to Rit Services are non‑refundable.

No Refunds

• No refunds once a project has commenced.
• Partial advance payments are non‑refundable once work starts.
• No returns or exchanges (services are digital, not physical goods).

Project Delays Due to Client Inaction

If required assets/content/feedback are not provided within 45 days of the official project start date, we may cancel the project, dispose of work in progress, and retain all amounts paid.
